Aims & Objectives

Journal of Health and Climate Change is open access, peer-reviewed journal having a mission to promote excellence and integration in health sciences and environment that enable  professionals to be well-informed members of the medical community and society in cotext with climate change and environment, advance standards in the conduct and reporting of climate change, health Issues in environment and medical research, and contribute to improving the health of people and environment worldwide.

Aim:
The Journal of Health and Climate Change (RMU) aims to serve as a leading platform for the dissemination of high-quality research and critical insights into the nexus between health and climate change. By advancing understanding in this field, the journal seeks to inform and influence policy, practice, and public awareness, thereby contributing to global health resilience and sustainable development.

Scope:
The scope of the journal encompasses a wide range of topics that explore the complex interactions between health and climate change. This includes, but is not limited to:

Health Impacts of Climate Change:

Investigations into how climate change affects physical and mental health, including the spread of infectious diseases, heat-related illnesses, and respiratory conditions.
Studies on the indirect effects of climate change on health through factors like food security, water quality, and air pollution.

Climate Change Mitigation and Health:

Research on strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and their health co-benefits.
Analysis of renewable energy, sustainable transportation, and other mitigation efforts that contribute to improved health outcomes.
